Booking Procedure

Thank you for your interest in Maria Bandoni Rentals in Italy. Here is a description of our booking procedure.

1. Request Availability - complete this form to learn about availability of the property of your choice.
2. Complete our Online Booking Form or Download Booking Form - in order to extend the hold for an additional 7 days for booking, complete the booking form and fax to: 415.452.2944 or alternative fax number (in Italy): 011 39 0583 407128 (check with our Newsletter)
3. General Rental Conditions - read our policy before booking.
4. Payments -   follow instructions for down payment and final payment.
5. Confirmation/Client Reservation - you will receive a Client Reservation, which will include a confirmation of your payments.
   NOTE: Your booking is confirmed only after we receive your down payment.
6. Voucher/Directions -  about three weeks after we receive your final payment, you will receive a voucher with the directions to the property and instructions on obtaining your key.
