Payments

Payment: To confirm a reservation, fax your booking form to our office.  After we receive your booking form, we will send a Client Reservation with payment installments.  Send a deposit in the amount indicated, (usually 25% of the rent) to the address below before your hold expires. Your deposit must be accompanied by a $50 booking fee. Sorry, we DO NOT accept credit cards. All payments are to be made and sent to:

The balance of your rental fee is due eight (8) weeks prior to departure. We will mail you a rental voucher with the directions to the property about 2 weeks after we have received your final payment.

Cancellation Charges - Booking Fee plus:
· 10% of the rental price - 45+ days before first day of rental period
· 50% of the rental price - 44-30 days before first day of rental period
· 90% of the rental price - 29-16 days before first day of rental period
· 100% of the rental price - 15 days before first day of rental period

Security Deposit and Utilities: Varies from property to property. Please refer to each property individually.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
