In the picturesque sunny Brancoli
Valley, this charming 18th century property enjoys a wonderful
view of sweet hills and slopes of olive trees, grape vines and
cypress trees. Located across the courtyard from Villa il Gelsomino,
this charming cottage has its own private entrance and private
use of the courtyard, as well as the garden area below. Originally
the "lemon house" of the main
villa, Limonaia is now fully restored.
Some of the original wooden beams,
stonework and an open fireplace are still in place, and beatiful
views of the Brancoli Valley hills may be enjoyed from the property.
On the ground floor of Limonaia, you will find a living room
with fireplace, dining table and kitchen corner, and a bathroom.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, both
with double beds that can be seperated into two twin beds. One
of the bedrooms has a screen to the landing (not ceiling height).
There is central heating, a washing machine, and a small garden
on the property.

Weekly rates are provided in Euros. Conversion rates vary considerably from day to day and bank to bank; your final rate will be determined based on the Wells Fargo Bank foreign currency exhange rate on the day your transaction takes place.
