A separate apartment is on the ground floor; a private entrance leads you to your quarters. There is a living room, a formal dining room with a working fireplace, a Tuscany style kitchen with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bath with shower and a laundry room. |

| The property has recently been restored with great taste and charm, using only authentic materials. The ancient cotto floors, woodbeamed ceilings, stone and iron craftworks, and old fireplaces have all been preserved. The antiques, paintings, dried flower arrangements and pretty curtains assure the comforts of home. |  |

Next to the apartment entrance, there is an outdoor area furnished with elegant modern garden patio furniture where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the valley while dining al fresco. The owners of Villa Gregori are very friendly and welcome their guests with seasonal fresh produce. |
