In the picturesque, sunny Brancoli Valley, this charming villa enjoys a wonderful view of sweet hills and slopes of olive trees, grape vines and cypress trees. Dating from the 18th century, Il Gelsomino is a quaint stone building of more than 4000 square feet.

In the surroundings you will find fine walks, horseback riding in the woods, tennis courts, swimming pools and delicious inexpensive restaurants with their tasteful Tuscany kitchens.

On the ground floor, the hall leads to a spacious, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bath with a shower and a dining room with styled Renaissance furniture, opening on the shadowy flowered garden, equipped for dining and relaxing.

The first floor (piano nobile) boasts two spacious, comfortable sitting rooms.

The first floor also has two large double bedrooms, a full bath with a bathtub and a small bathroom with a shower. On the second floor you will find 1 double bedroom with insuit full bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms with shower, a French bedroom (full size bed).

A new swimming pool in front of the villa offers panoramic views. The location is convenient to a variety of magical places, including: the historic art town of Lucca, 7 miles; Pisa, 18 miles; Pistoia, 30 miles; Florence, 45 miles; 2 splendid seaside resorts: Viareggio, 20 miles and Portofino, 85 miles; gorgeous mountains (the Alpe with the Carrara Marble Quarry, 20 miles) and the ski and tracking resorts of Abetone.
