Located in the vicinity of the most important villa in the
area, Villa Reale, once the property of Elisa Baciocchi, Napoleon I's
sister, it is owned by a Professor of Accademia delle Belle Arti from
Florence. Villa Etrusca is within walking distance to stores offering
quality food, cosmetics, home furnishings and clothing. It is situated
on a country road with houses on large properties on only one side of
the road, and an open grassy and wooded area on the other.
This two-story house is very pleasantly appointed with some antique
furniture and modern paintings. The first floor (floor plan) has a master bedroom, with
windows to the open courtyard, entered through a single bedroom which
can be used as a reading room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bath.
The second floor (floor plan)
has a small modern kitchen, dining room, sitting room and very
large covered terrace (about half roof and half green climbing
plants) for dining in rain or shine. It is equipped with a washing
machine, telephone and television. There is also a little patio
on the side of the house with a garden table and chairs.
