While she represents properties in different locations across Italy, Maria is particularly knowledgeable about the city of Lucca and its majestic surroundings, which are home to several of Tuscany's most magnificent villas. Maria has experience accommodating clients who desire long-term (three to 12 months) rentals there and in other areas, and can help them meet the legal requirements for long-term stays.

Maria's staff, both in Italy and in her office in San Francisco, work hard to assure that every client's visit to Italy is easy to arrange and a pleasure to experience. Maria herself spends the peak summer months in the Lucca suburb of Marlia, where her husband was born and many of her properties are located, and is on-hand to answer questions.
